- Risk assessment according to PN-EN ISO 12100 and the requirements of the EN 1034 series of standards (paper machines),
- Verification of hazards present on the machine and access to hazardous components,
- Analysis and validation of safety-related control systems according to PN-EN ISO 13849-1/-2 (PL, categories, DC, CCF, MTTFd)
- Selection of safety distances for protective measures according to PN-EN ISO 13857
- Review of technical documentation, instructions, markings, and labels
Results:
- Confirmed compliance with the essential requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC
- Compliance with key standards: EN 1034 (parts related to tissue), PN-EN ISO 12100, ISO EN 13849-1/-2, ISO EN 13855, ISO EN 13857, PN-EN 60204-1
- Machine readiness for labeling CE marking and issuing a Declaration of Conformity by the manufacturer
