Training Objective
The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with safety-related control systems for machines and with the concept of validation. During the training, participants will learn about the requirements of the EN ISO 13849-1, EN ISO 13849-2 standard regarding the validation of control systems and the software of safety controllers.
Target Group
This training is dedicated to individuals who professionally design, program, or verify safety-related control systems, including programmers, designers, engineers, and project team managers.
Training Topics
- Introduction to safety of control systems
- Review of basic concepts from PN EN ISO 13849-1 related to safety-related control systems
- Safety categories
- Performance Levels
- Definition of validation
- Validation plan
- Validation of safety-related control systems according to PN EN ISO 13849-2
- Validation of electrical installation
