Training – Machine Safety – Legal Responsibility of Machine Users

Training Objective

Every machine user is obliged to ensure the safety of their employees while operating machines. Legal regulations impose a number of requirements as well as penalties in the event of failure to provide adequate safety for employees. The aim of this training is to inform and make participants aware of the legal requirements concerning the use of machines in an industrial facility. During the training, participants will learn about the requirements set by regulations regarding minimum machine requirements, the Labor Code, general health and safety provisions, and EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Target Group

The target group for this training includes people who authorize employees to operate machines (Production Managers, Plant Managers, Directors, Health and Safety personnel) or are owners of facilities where machines are used.
